COVID POLICY

Returns and Refunds  All products are sent out in with a sealed inner tamper resistant covering.   

Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic, in order to protect our workers and our customers, we regret will not be able to accept returns of products that have their inner protection covering opened or tampered with.   Buyer agrees to pay return shipping and handling cost to return the unopened, untampered product.  Upon receipt of the product, we will issue a refund of the purchase amount minus original shipping costs.  You are required to notify us in writing prior to shipping at Contactus@rideshieldforrideshare.com Thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time.  

30 DAY WARRANTY FROM DATE OF PURCHASE

We do stand behind our product.   

We have carefully designed and tested our product. We have made additional enhancements to our product to ensure it will perform as indicated.

If the product has a manufacturing problem, we ask you to contact us at contactus@rideshieldforrideshare.com and we will try to work with you. One option may be offering a replacement product of equal or greater value.  Please note: we do have a limited product line.  You will be asked to send pictures and describe the problems you are having so we can better serve our customers.  We regret will not be able to offer a refund at this time. 

POSSIBLE PRODUCT STRAPS SLIGHT VARIATION

Due to supply chain strains of the Covid 19 Pandemic, we reserve the right to use straps as supplies are available and change during this pandemic crisis. Any strap we choose will be carefully examined and be of equal or greater quality and will secure your product appropriately.
